不孕不育三大检查窍门

　　“先检查丈夫，简单又经济。”武大中南医院男科主任李世文为不孕不育患者总结了第一个窍门。有些人认为不生孩子肯定是女方的原因，总是把女方查来查去。其实不然，李教授说，导致不孕不育的原因极其众多，总体上来讲由妻子单方面造成的不孕占50%，男性单方面的原因占30%，双方共同的原因占20%。如果外观检查无异常，男方首先做精液检查(100元左右)。如果精液检查正常，基本上可排除男方造成不育的可能，则可从女方着手找原因。

　　查出丈夫无生精能力，不需再查妻子

　　如果精液检查结果是无精子，接下来需做睾丸穿刺。如果穿刺结果是无生精能力，则说明是男方没有生育能力，不需要继续做其他检查。如果精液检查结果是少精、活力不够或畸形多等，可从两个方向查原因：一是查“精子的运输”是否出问题，比如输精管堵塞、精索静脉出张等；一是查“精子的上司”———大脑中枢神经是否出了毛病。

　　女方检查遵循“渐进式、排雷法”

　　武大中南医院妇产科李萍教授说，导致女性不孕的原因相当的多，就诊时也只能是由简到易、渐进式地做检查。

　　★初次就诊，做一般的妇科检查看是否有生殖器官畸形以及阴道炎、子宫肿瘤等妇科病。有病则先治疗再看能否怀孕。

　　★检查输卵管如果前面的妇科检查都正常了，则需在月经干净后3到5天，做个输卵管通液检查，这是最简单的方法。如有输卵管堵塞则需治疗使之通畅。

　　★查内分泌如果前面的两项检查都是正常的，则可在月经周期的第8天开始B超监测卵胞生长情况及有无排卵等。前面的检查都找不毛病时，再查抗子宫内膜抗体、抗精子抗体、以及染色体检查等。

　　★腹腔镜检查最大的检查、费用很贵，但是准确度较高。初次就诊不适合，但有些反反复复地做检查仍找不出原因时，可试一试此方法。
